3. Privacy & Data Handling

• AdviserBuddy AI does not store, retain, or log user inputs beyond the immediate session.
• AI-generated responses are processed in real-time and are not retrievable after session termination.
• Use of Third-Party AI Services: AdviserBuddy AI utilizes external generative AI software providers, which may operate outside Australia. By using this tool, Users consent to their inputs being processed through these providers.

4. Compliance & Professional Responsibility

• Users must verify that all AI-generated content complies with ASIC, AFSL, and other relevant financial regulations.
• AdviserBuddy AI is not a compliance tool and does not ensure regulatory suitability.
• Final recommendations remain the sole responsibility of the User.

5. Limitation of Liability

• AdviserBuddy AI is not liable for any financial, legal, or regulatory consequences arising from the use of AI-generated outputs.
• Users assume full responsibility for reviewing, modifying, and ensuring the accuracy, suitability, and compliance of any strategies.

6. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdviserBuddy AI from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
